This is how matching works

You create a job profile with the help of a questionnaire. In addition to the desired competencies, you can also name soft skills.
We propose your job profile to suitable candidates.
If the candidate accepts the match, you have full access to the profile.

Prices

You pay 10,- € for each insertion that matches a candidate’s profile – regardless of whether the candidate accepts the match. The candidate will be informed about new matches via email. Recruiters & headhunters pay 100,- € for each match.

Runtime

Matching starts when you activate the job profile at the end of the questionnaire – until you deactivate it.

Please note

A match is always considered to have been made when a candidate matches the information you provided in the questionnaire and we were allowed to present the position to the candidate. Regardless of whether the candidate accepts the match or not. As a general rule, all matched candidates can view your complete job profile. A direct application is possible for the candidates via the data you have provided. We encourage candidates to refer to the herCAREER-Jobmatch in their application.
